Spiced Peach
Ingredients
4 fresh peaches, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 cinnamon sticks
2 whole cloves
pinch of ground nutmeg
3 cups vodka
Directions
Place all ingredients in a 1.5 liter jar and seal the lid tightly. Store the jar in a cool, dark location for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks roll or shake the jar to mix the ingredients a few times a day. Strain the contents of the jar thru a fine mesh sieve and discard the solids. Enjoy within 6 months.
